PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container which can feed a powder at a fixed quantity without using a spoon and can maintain freshness of the powder since the powder such as a coffee or the like is conventionally handled with a spoon or is sprinkled as a seasoning powder and causes the problem that using the spoon is troublesomeness and that the powder is not sprinkled in a fixed quantity. SOLUTION: In the fixed quantity feeding container, an inflow guide plate 2c is inserted into a powder container 4 and the powder container 4 is turned upside down and the powder is flowed into from the input 2a of a rotor 3 forming a cylindrical space 3a with upper and lower opening and the powder container 4 is tilted just beside and then the rotor is rotated at 90°by gravity of a weight 3d placed in one end of the rotor 3 and the powder is discharged from an outlet 2b. By this, a fixed quantity feeding can be performed without using a spoon and when the powder container 4 is returned to the original position, the rotor 3 acts as a cap and freshness of the powder can be maintained.
