The present invention relates to a solar cell, and more particularly to a solar cell which can simultaneously convert particles and waves of light to electric energy. The present invention provides a solar cell which can convert as much incident light to energy as possible without reflecting the incident light by consecutively forming resonant holes to enable the surface of the solar cell to cause the resonance according to the frequencies of the light. The present invention can simultaneously convert the particles of the incident light and the waves of the particles to electric energy by forming the resonant holes on the entire surface of the solar cell. |
