<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of body fluid leakage from a needle hole, leakage through a thread, and overflowing and oozing from a peripheral edge part to the outside while sewing is a main manufacturing technique for a conventional body fluid absorbent pad or underwear crotch part with the body fluid absorbent pad. <P>SOLUTION: The penetration cloth 2 of the body fluid absorbent pad 1 or the underwear crotch part with the body fluid absorbent pad and the peripheral edge of a backing cloth are fused; an absorbing and water-holding layer is disposed at an interval from the inner side end edge; inwardly notched parts are provided on both edges of the almost center part, and the absorbing and water-holding layer and the backing cloth inner side are fixed by fusion.
