<p>A tower frame non- guide- pulley combined drive oil pumping unit has a tower frame(1), a power system(2), a drive system, a control system, a balance weight box(3), a weight track rope(4), a rope wheel(6), a drive rope(5) and a mule-head hanger. The rope wheel is fixed at one side of an operation platform by a rope wheel support device. A central axis of the rope wheel is located in the operation platform and a shortest distance (L) is formed from the central axis to the edge of the operation platform in a horizontal direction. The edge of the rope wheel protrudes from the operation platform and a shortest distance (M) is formed from the edge of the external end to the tower frame in a horizontal direction. The weight track rope and the drive rope are wound on the rope wheel in opposite directions, and a free end of the weight track rope is connected with a balance weight box via a rope hanger (A).A platform moving device is set between the platform and a top part of a tower frame. The device is safe and simple in displacing way for repairing well and the steel cable has a long life.</p> |
