PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor which has sound insulating damping properties, radiation shielding properties and magnetic permeability and further abrasion resistance and sliding resistance. SOLUTION: The magnetic sensor includes a laminated plate (22) forming a dispersion layer (24) obtained by dispersing slag particles (8) oxidized in an electric furnace, on a substrate (23), in a dispersion medium as mixtures of one or two kinds or more selected from the group consisting of a synthetic resin, a rubber and an elastomer.
