PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a deterioration of sealing performance due to foreign matters of a non-return valve disposed at the discharging side of a pump. SOLUTION: A branch joint 50 has a first joint 130 connected with the upper part of the pump 40, a second joint 140 connected with a flow meter 60A at a front face side, and a third joint 150 connected with a flow meter 60B at the back face side. The second flow path 134b and the third flow path 134c of the first joint 130 are formed to pass through in a direction extended in a horizontal direction. Non-return valves 160, 170 are arranged at the second flow path 134b and the third flow path 134c. The non-return valves 160, 170 are closed in a horizontal direction to prevent back flows when the back flows from the flow meter 60A and the flow meter 60B are respectively caused. The non-return valves 160, 170 and seal members 200, 202 mounted at lower flanges 144, 154 are mounted at a front face side flange 136 and a back face side flange 138 formed at both the sides of the first joint 130 from a lateral direction.
