PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch capable of stabilizing contact pressure by using a contact member for coupling such as crimping. SOLUTION: In the switch 1 for a transmission including a movable contact member 9 in which a base plate section 25a having a hole 31 for fastening, an elastic arm 27 projected so as to be inclined from the base plate section 25a and forming a contact at the tip, and an extended plate section 25b extended from the base plate section 25a in a projecting direction of the elastic arm 27, wherein the base plate section 25a is arranged along a surface 13b at a detent plate 13 side and the base plate section 25a is fastened against the surface 13b by making the hole 31 fit into a crimping pin 13d at a surface 13 side, a bending section 25d in a direction separating from the surface 13b is arranged on the extended plate section 25b, and a base plate section 25a side and an edge 25e side of the extended plate section 25b are brought into contact with the surface 13b while the bending section 25d is bent against the surface 13b by fastening.
