PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive circuit and a display apparatus that prevents occurrence of an overcurrent at a high-voltage side operational amplifier and a low-voltage side operational amplifier. SOLUTION: The drive circuit in the display apparatus includes: the operational amplifiers 37A and 37B; and a control part. The operational amplifier 37A operates using a power-supply voltage VSS and a power-supply voltage VMM (VSS<VMM) and outputs a negative analog voltage. The operational amplifier 37B operates using the power-supply voltage VMM and a power-supply voltage VDD (VMM<VDD) and outputs a positive analog voltage. When a connection destination of the operational amplifier 37A is switched from a data line 31A to a data line 31B, the control part applies a voltage of VSS<V≤VMM+Vt (Vt is a threshold voltage of a SW2) to a gate of an n-channel type field-effect transistor SW2 to make the n-channel type field-effect transistor SW2 transit to a conduction state.
