PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze defined requirements, and to support extraction of insufficient requirements. SOLUTION: A requirement extraction support device 10 is configured: to acquire issue ID, development period ID, and requirement extraction model ID from first input information; to integrate, as for the element ID of all the requirements corresponding to the acquired requirement ID, the number of requirements corresponding to the requirement ID, all of the development period ID from the start of development to the period designated by the development period ID, and the element ID of the requirements; to acquire the rate of the number of extracted requirements by dividing the result of integration by the estimated total number of requirement value; to acquire a requirement quantity model value corresponding to the requirement extraction model ID, the development period ID, and the element ID of the requirements; to calculate a difference between the rate of the number of extracted requirements and the requirement quantity model value, and to acquire an evaluation message. Next, the requirement extraction support device 10 is configured to, as for an analysis object in which extraction is supported and a reference analysis object, output a result of analyzing relationship based on the combination of attribute instance ID when attribute instances corresponding to the requirement ID, the development period ID, the element ID of the requirements, and the element attribute ID of the requirements match each other.
