PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a model animal for human uterus myoma, where transplanted cells or the like grow easily and stably. SOLUTION: The cells of human uterus myoma and/or a piece of human uterus myoma tissue are implanted into a nonhuman immune deficit animal with deleted functional T- and B-cells and destroyed or deleted IL-2Rγgene, together with a gelatinous substrate including extracellular matrix components.
