METHOD FOR DEMONSTRATING MOLECULAR EVENT IN CELL BY USING FLUORESCENT MARKER PROTEIN

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a method for demonstrating the occurrence of a molecular event in cells.

SOLUTION: This method for demonstrating the molecular event in the cells includes detecting "the solubilization" of a fixed protein marker (or the fixation of the solubilized protein marker) which is a direct or an indirect marker of the occurrence of the specific molecular event. The protein marker is present in the cells before the detection, subjects the plasma membrane of the cells as permeable before the detection and thus releases the solubilized protein to an extracellular medium. Thereby the presence of the marker protein can be detected in the cells or in the extracellular medium by optional appropriate method, and it is possible to detect whether the solubilization or fixing occurs or not, and thereby detect the corresponding molecular event.
