The present invention discloses an uplink transmission method for the user terminal in a wireless network, which includes: receiving the Physical Downlink Control Channel (PDCCH) signaling; determining the component carrier on which the wireless resource indicated by the signaling is located; according to a Cell Radio Network Temporary Identifier (C-RNTI) on which the signaling is based, performing the uplink transmission corresponding to the C-RNTI on the indicated wireless resource located on the component carrier. The present invention also discloses an uplink transmission scheduling method implemented by the base station for the user terminal, and the device corresponding to the scheduling method. The present invention enables the cross-carriers scheduling and the scheduling in the single carrier configuration for the data transmission between the base station and the user terminal under the condition of carrier aggregation in the Advanced Long Term Evolution (LTE-A) application scene, and thereby the flexibility of the data transmission scheduling is improved, and compatibility with the LTE application is provided.
