PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the technology for obtaining a decolorable toner, capable of improving color developing property and reducing generation of image irregularity even when an image is formed on a reused paper medium. SOLUTION: The decolorable toner contains a binder resin and a coloring agent that contains a color former compound and a color developing agent and has a capsule structure coated with an outer shell.
