A touch display is provided, which includes a flat panel display (FPD), a display driving circuit, a touch control circuit, and a display/touch signal gate circuit or display/touch signal loading circuit. The touch control circuit has a touch excitation source and a touch signal detection circuit. Row electrode groups and column electrode groups are disposed on a substrate of the display screen, and the touch control circuit applies a touch signal to a certain electrode line in the row electrode group or the column electrode group and detects change of the touch signal on the electrode line, so as to detect whether the electrode is touched. The touch control circuit samples the touch signal on a certain electrode line in a period of one display frame or a multiple of one display frame, and performs data sampling on the touch signal according to a fixed synchronous relation with the touch signal applied to the electrode line, in which the fixed synchronous relation refers to that every moment of obtaining the sampling data locates at the same specific phase point of the signal wave of the touch excitation source.
