PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the rotation of a cup and ball and to provide a play with more interest. SOLUTION: This cup and ball 1 is provided with a shank 4 having a first plate part 6 of recessed shape at the base end and extending to the tip from the first plate part 6; a drum part 5 having a small plate 9 of recessed shape at one end and a large plate 10 at the other end and provided perpendicularly intersecting the shank 4 and a ball 12 connected to the drum part 5 through a string 3. A fitting hole 13 for fitting the string 3 is provided in a position spaced by a prescribed distance from the center of the drum part 5.
