PURPOSE: A dried laver composition containing yacon and collagen, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the functionality of ingredients of the composition. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a dried laver composition containing yacon and collagen comprises the following steps: selecting fresh ingredients(1); setting the combination rate for the composition and an ethanol mixture(2); preparing mucous salt(3); obtaining sterilized ethanol mucous salt(4); obtaining the ethanol mixture(5); producing an aged dried laver and ethanol mixed composition(6); obtaining the dried laver composition(7); cutting the dried laver composition(8); and packing the dried laver composition(9).
