PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for transforming a protocol interface are provided to reduce manufacturing costs by removing a plurality of converters. CONSTITUTION: A protocol converter(110) outputs sub data comprising protocol data comprising protocol data according to the kind of data. The protocol converter includes a protocol analyzer(111), a separator(113), and a phase channel generator(115). The protocol analyzer generates phase corresponding to the protocol by analyzing the protocol. A phase channel line(120) transmits phase information inputted from the protocol converter. A data channel line(130) simultaneously transmits the currently inputted phase information and the sub data corresponding to the phase information.
