<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reasonably suppress increase in received electric energy in consideration of an electric energy supplied to a power load also, in order to improve the economical efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: An engine-driven heat pump device provided with a power generating function is installed. Thus, a power generating/air conditioning system is so constructed that the following is implemented: a compressor is driven to carry out air conditioning and power generated by a generator is supplied to a power load in a building. When an electric energy received from a commercial power supply is increased and an electric energy comparing means 35 determines that a predicted received electric energy, computed and predicted by a received electric energy predicting means 34, will exceed a preset electric energy and outputs a demand signal, the following operation is performed: a predetermined generator is driven to supply generated output to the power load to suppress increase in the received electric energy. When a demand signal is outputted even through all the generators are driven, the following operation is performed by a power load controlling means 41: the temperature on a temperature setter of electric air conditioning equipment 32 is adjusted so as to reduce an air conditioning load, and electric energy supplied to the power load is thereby reduced to suppress increase in received electric energy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
