PURPOSE: A broadband anti-reflection layer is provided to use sunlight of all wavelength bands in a power generating process by transmitting sunlight of all wavelength bands into an inside of a solar cell. CONSTITUTION: An anti-reflection layer is arranged between a first medium and a second medium. The first medium has a refractive index of n1. The second medium has a refractive index of n2(n1≠n2). The light travels from the first medium to the second medium. The anti-reflection layer is used for increasing a penetration ratio of light. |
