PURPOSE: A sample analysis cartridge and a sample analysis cartridge reader are provided to correct material value and to improve measurement accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A sample analysis cartridge(1) comprises: an inlet(10) for inflow of a blood sample; a microfluidic channel(20,22,24,26) which is connected with the inlet and provides moving route of the blood sample; and a sensing unit(50a) for sensing the property of the blood sample to obtain hematrocrit of red blood cells. The cartridge further comprises a plurality of reaction unit(30a,30b,30c) at the other end of the microfluidic channel. The sensing unit has a plurality of electrodes placed inside a protrusion. A cartridge reader connected with the cartridge comprises a controller.
