PURPOSE: A method for transmitting and receiving channel related information in a multicast communication system is provided to maintain low overhead of channel state information within a multicast group. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter allocates shared feedback resources to a multicast group(200). The transmitter transmits the shared feedback resources to a receiver through a control channel(205). The transmitter obtains sequences within information(210,220). The transmitter transmits data through an MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme) level that satisfies CQI(Channel Quality Indicator)(225).
