PURPOSE: A power generating method using useless kinetic energy generated between the frame and the axle of a running vehicle is provided to drive a generator without the emission of environmental pollutants and improve the electricity supply capacity of a storage battery in the vehicle by storing the generated electricity in the storage battery. CONSTITUTION: A power generating method using useless kinetic energy generated between the frame and the axle of a running vehicle is as follows. The running vehicle moves up and down with a buffer spring. A piston(1-2) is pressed onto the interior surface of a cylinder(1-1) and reciprocated by an up and down motion between the frame and the axle of the vehicle, thereby compressing the fluid in the cylinder. Check valves(V) of upper and lower discharge holes(1-5,1-7) are alternately opened and closed according to the moving direction of the piston. The pressure fluid discharged from the upper and lower discharge holes rotates a hydraulic rotor(2-5), a rotary shaft(2-6), and a rotary shaft gear(2-7) in a hydraulic rotating device(2) and is discharged through a discharge branch pipe(2-4). The up and down movement of the fluid which is drawn into the cylinder alternately through upper and lower intake holes(1-4,1-6). A reciprocating hydraulic pump(1) converts linear kinetic energy into fluidic energy of fluid. The hydraulic rotating device converts the fluidic energy into rotational kinetic energy that drives a generator(3).
