A distributing gear comprises a body, valve as a piston pressed to the seat with a spring, sealing elements and control circuit, it performs switch of flow of working medium due to use of energy of actuating medium. Principle of operation is in that for valve control one applies pressure of working medium to under the piston, due to that the piston moves and closes the flow. To open the valve pressure under the piston is decreased and force of pressure acts on it due to difference of diameters of piston of the valve and gasket, this gets over the force of the spring and opens the main. To close the valve pressure of actuating medium is applied to under the piston, due to that pressure before and after the piston is leveled and the valve is pressed to the seat under effect of force of the spring, the main is closed. To control distributing gear one uses electric valve and two-seat valve. Simultaneously with main closing discharge of residues of working medium is provided, with decrease of pressure in the section closed. |
