Equipment for hydro-accumulating electric power plant comprises upper and lower water reservoirs connected by pipeline to locking device, an axial return pump mounted in the water chamber of the lower water reservoir, with conical mouthpiece and diffuser in front of working wheel mounted with possibility of displacement of those by section of pipeline with clear opening by means of back displacement of those, and an axial pump of the upper water reservoir with working wheel at the vertical axle. To increase the efficiency of hydro-accumulating electric power plant in connection to the bottom of the upper water reservoir the end of the pipeline is equipped with vertical funnel, working wheel of the axial pump is placed higher than the funnel and is surrounded with coaxial branch pipe with length not smaller than the height of the funnel with possibility of axial displacement of the branch pipe by stroke not smaller than the height of the funnel.
