METHOD FOR PRODUCING POLYVACCINE AGAINST COLIBACTERIOSIS OF FOWL AND ASSOCIATED DISEASES

The method for producing polyvaccine against colibacteriosis of the fowl and the associated diseases provides for the use of highly virulent and the most toxigenic serovars of Escherichia coli 0151 Krym strain biovar 2 and biovar addition, the strains of Salmonella pullorum, Klebsiella pneumonia, Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis. All the strains except for Candida albicans are inactivated with ectericide for one day. The culture of Candida albicans and the supernatant substances are inactivated by autoclaving. Then the vegetative and spore firms of probiotics Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus licheniformis are added. Finally, the antigens and probiotics are combined in equal parts as the complex antigen.
