The invention relates to the by-product coking industry, in particular – to the construction of device for individual control of gas pressure in coke furnace. A device works at continuous exhaustion in gas collector of coke furnace, contains downgate with the cover, bend, gas collector, stationary embedded pipe with mortices, valve made in a form of cup, forming with embedded pipe a hydraulic lock, connected by means of drive mechanism with the means of automatic pressure control in the coking chamber. The cup, forming hydraulic lock, is rotatable and pivotally fixed on the drive mechanism with ability of reciprocal vertical motion. The drive mechanism is made in a form of two coupled four-link chains, horizontal links of which from one side are pivotally connected to the cup of valve, and from the other side superior horizontal links are rigidly fixed on the shaft, installed in bearings, fixed in case of downgate bend, and the lower horizontal links are pivotally connected to vertical links pivotally installed on the same shaft, at that one of them contains a guide with counter-weight, the upper horizontal links are equipped with anvils, interacting with vertical links, on one end of the shaft the guide is rigidly fixed, connected to rod of hydraulic actuator, pivotally fixed on the case of downgate bend. The invention provides improving of reliability and simplicity of work of coke furnace, its universalism at the expense of providing of ability of work as at negative and also at the positive gas pressure in gas collector, and also decreasing of danger of rising of emergency situation on it. |
