The invention relates to area of measuring engineering, in particular to methods for measurement of angular rate by Saniak effect, and can be used for measurement of velocity of rotation and angle of turn of movable objects: ships, aircrafts, rockets, etc. Method of excess measurements of angular velocity of an object differs from known ones by fact that to the second flux of optical IR radiation one introduces normalized by value additional phase shift, with transformation to voltageof phase shift between the first and second fluxes of optical IR-radiation at zero value of angular velocity (at,), voltageis measured with storing the value obtained, after that one transforms to voltagephase shiftbetween the first and second fluxes of optical radiation at unknown value of angular velocity, voltageis measured as well with storing the value obtained, one excludes artificially introduced phase shiftfrom the second flux of optical radiatio0n, with transformation to voltageof phase shiftbetween the first and second fluxes of optical IR radiation at same unknown value of angular velocity, voltageis measured with storage of the value obtained, and on real value of Saniac phaseone makes conclusion by equation of excess measurementswith following determination of angular velocityby equation of measurement, where- area of fiber circuit,- velocity of light,- wavelength of radiation, the value obtained -. The invention provides automated exclusion of additive and multiplicative components of systematic error, exclusion of errors that come to existence because of effect of external destabilizing factors. |
