PURPOSE: A sanitation cover for a can for soft or alcohol drink including the opener function is provided to enable users to easily open the cap, and to hygienically manage the can. CONSTITUTION: A sanitation cover for a can for soft or alcohol drink including the opener function includes a sanitation cap, a protrusion cover unit, and an opener in a projection form. The sanitation cap is installed to enable users to drink contents inside the can. The protrusion cover unit is installed to protect a handle unit of the can. The opener is installed to pressurize a drinking inlet cap(3) of the cap for opening the can.
