<p>PURPOSE: A melody controlling method and device thereof are provided to perform pitch frequency correction without extracting process of a formant frequency. CONSTITUTION: A wavelet conversion of a voice signal is performed(S210). A cepstrum conversion unit obtains a cepstrum peak from the voice signal. The cepstrum conversion unit calculates a candidate pitch frequency(S220). An estimation unit presumes a pitch frequency of the voice signal (S230).</p> |
