PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheel for an automobile which can exert high durability by constituting the wheel to include a surface side flange part folded back to a rear side at an outer peripheral edge part of a wheel disk. SOLUTION: An inside peripheral end part 33b of an annular rear peripheral part 33 constituting the surface side flange part 31, an opening end part 13a of a surface side bead seat part 13 and a rear face part 6 of the wheel disk 3 are joined by a first welding part 42 and a second welding part 43 (44). By the constitution, repeatedly generated elastic deformation in the surface side flange part 31 can be suppressed by load generated during traveling of the automobile. Stress concentration generated in the surface side flange part 31, the first welding part 42 and the second welding part 43 (44) can be relaxed. As a result, the wheel 1 can exert high durability.
