PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a vibration control base device A to sufficiently inhibit horizontal vibration due to a reaction force at the startup of a pump, the vibration control base device A being comprised of two long vibration control bases 1 disposed in the width direction of equipment such as a pump unit P and connected to each other by a beam member 8. SOLUTION: A movable bracket 6 is disposed on each width direction outside of each mount 2 of two vibration control bases 1 and 1. The top surface of the top plate portion 62 of the bracket is at approximately the same level as that of the top surface of the mount 2. The drooping plate portion 63 vertically drooping from the outside edge of the top plate portion 62 is formed with an elongate insertion hole 63a extending in the longitudinal direction of the mount 2 through which the edge of a beam member 8 passing under the mount 2 and extending outward in the width direction is inserted. An attachment 65 having a U-shaped cross-section is attached to the bottom peripheral edge of the insertion hole 63a such as to sandwich the bottom peripheral edge from above to support the beam member 8 at the bottom thereof by abutting the outer circumferential surface of the beam member 8 in at least two positions.
