PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional oxygen absorbing resin is bad in resin processability, limited in applicable use, and poor in oxygen absorbing performance. SOLUTION: The oxygen absorbing multilayered body for heat-sterilized food is formed by laminating at least three layers of an oxygen transmission layer formed of a thermoplastic resin, an oxygen absorbing resin layer containing a polyolefin resin, a transition metal catalyst, and a polyamide resin, and a gas barrier layer formed of a material with a gas barrier property in this order. The polyamide resin is a polyamide resin with a terminal amino group concentration smaller than or equal to 30μeq/g which is obtained by the polycondensation between an aromatic diamine and a dicarboxylic acid. Moreover, the total content of the transition metal catalyst and the polyamide resin in the oxygen absorbing resin layer is 15-60 wt.% relative to the total amount of the oxygen absorbing resin layer.
