A method, a device and a system for detecting a medical equipment are provided. The method includes: a detection device sends operational parameters to an equipment to be detected; the detection device acquires detection parameters from the detected equipment operated under the operational parameters; the detection device compares the detection parameters with baseline data, the baseline data being data acquired by detection device during detection of the detected equipment; the detection device judges an operating status of the detected equipment according to the result of comparison. The detection device detects the detected equipment to acquire the baseline data. The method is a comprehensively and systematically automatic method for detecting a medical equipment.
