PURPOSE: A natural garlic composition without a spicy taste and flavor and a health food using thereof are provided to effectively enhance the health improvement effects of garlic. CONSTITUTION: A natural garlic composition without a spicy taste and flavor contains the following: 10-80wt% of garlic; 20-90wt% of honey; 5-10wt% of medical herb concentrate extracted from more than one mixed medical herb selected from the group consisting of gelatin of harts horn, astragalus membranaceus, cistanche deserticola, fruit of maximowiczia typical, and deer antlers; and 3-7wt% of additive selected from royal jelly, Chinese dioscorea, dried whole milk, vitamin B, tocopherol, caramel, or grapefruit seeds.
