PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that even if a magnetic resonance wireless power transmission system is adjusted so as to match resonance frequencies of resonators of a transmitter and a receiver, a line capacity varies due to environmental factors such as temperature and vibration, a secular change in shape and material, and a state where an object approaches or goes away from the system during use, and as a result, the resonance frequency changes and power transmission efficiency deteriorates. SOLUTION: A wireless power transmission system is configured as follows. A power transmission part with a first resonator and a power reception part with a second resonator resonating with the first resonator execute power transmission by utilizing the resonance between the first resonator and the second resonator. In this case, the first/second resonators include coils. A piezoelectric actuator 5 is provided near both or any one of the coils of the first/second resonators. A line capacity of the coil is changed by the piezoelectric actuator so as to control the resonance frequency of the resonators. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
