PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disk brake pad of excellent appearance capable of preventing a crack and a wrinkle in an end part, and floating caused by warpage of a friction material from being generated, in the disk brake pad forming a sloped face on the friction material by die molding. SOLUTION: A recessed part is formed in a projection portion of a portion formed with the sloped face of the friction material, in a face side bonded with the friction material of a back plate, and the friction material is filled into the recessed part.
