<p>The present invention discloses the use of paclitaxel as adjuvant of vaccines, and further discloses the use of docetaxel as adjuvant of vaccines. The vaccines are protein vaccine, nucleic acid vaccine, polypeptide vaccine or whole virus vaccine. Paclitaxel and docetaxel can improve the response intensity of cellular immunity and humoral immunity induced by vaccines, reduce the stimulus response of injection site, and prolong the storage period of vaccines.</p> |
