PURPOSE: A reinforcing structure for the joint of a column and a steel beam and a construction method thereof are provided to cost-efficiently construct the reinforcing structure because an additional form is not required. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing structure for the joint of a column and a steel beam comprises a tension bar, a first stud, a concrete part, and a reinforcing member. The tension bar is installed in the top end of a joint(J) of a column(10) and a steel beam(20). The first stud is installed inside a slab on the top of the steel beam. The concrete part covers the steel beam. The reinforcing member is formed in the concrete part and is composed of multiple bent steel bars installed inside the concrete part.
