<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-solid battery with high current density. <P>SOLUTION: The all-solid battery is provided with a solid electrolyte layer including an inorganic matter containing lithium-ion conductive crystal, and a cathode layer as well as an anode layer. An anode contains a second carbon material as graphite and a first carbon material with a face spacing (d<SB>002</SB>) of a carbon hexagonal mesh face wider than graphite after discharge.
