<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheduler program, distributed simulation system and scheduler, achieving high-speed and reproducible distributed simulation. <P>SOLUTION: A computer executes a scheduler program for executing a plurality of simulation programs in parallel.
