PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely regulate the displacement of a mounting component at removing without spoiling mountability. SOLUTION: A stopper piece 19 is provided on the insertion edge side of a clip 1, elastically deformed into a shape which can be inserted, and inserted to an engagement hole 4. The stopper piece 19 inserted into the engagement hole 4 and restored in a shape for preventing removal is prevented from moving to the anti-insertion direction by contacting the inner surface side of a peripheral edge of the engagement hole 4. A locking piece 16 is provided on an insertion base end side, elastically deformed when inserted into the engagement hole 4, enters the engagement hole 4, and engages with the peripheral edge of the engagement hole 4 to be held by the other panel 3. A connection piece 18 connects the stopper piece 19 with the locking piece 16, and forms a gap between the mounting component 2 and the other panel 3, with the stopper piece 19 inserted into the engagement hole 4 and the locking piece 16 not entered into the engagement hole. An operation piece 20 extends from the stopper piece 19 to the insertion base end side and elastically deforms the stopper piece 19 from the removal preventing shape to the shape which can be inserted while being pressed.
