PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear spoiler improved in the surface quality of an outer member and enhanced in welding strength. SOLUTION: The rear spoiler is formed by fixing an inner member 32 made of a thermoplastic resin and an outer member also made of the thermoplastic resin by vibration welding. A plurality of columnar welding protrusions 40 with circular sectional areas are formed on a joint face 36 abutting on the outer member of the inner member 32. The welding protrusions 40 are disposed so that the separation distances l of the three welding protrusions 40, 40, 40 closely approaching with each other are equal.
