PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector with a built-in circuit board having improved fixing force between the circuit board and a cable and also having improved high-frequency characteristics. SOLUTION: A ground member 4 includes: a fixing member 10a having a flat portion 10a1 and a cover portion 10a2; and a fixing member 10b having a flat portion 10b1 and a cover portion 10b2.
