PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decompression joint which can reduce a pressure in a piping with a self-seal coupling attached thereto by a simple operation and moreover has a simple construction and is easy to manufacture. SOLUTION: The decompression joint 11 attaches a base side piping connection member 13 for connecting the piping 12a and a pressure reducing member 14 for connecting the self-seal coupling 12b to both ends opening of a joint body 15, respectively. The pressure reducing member 14 is screwed to the joint body 15 rotatably and the pressure reducing member 14 moves to an axial direction of the joint body 15 and enlarges a volume within the joint body 15 and thereby reducing a pressure in the piping 12 by turning the pressure reducing member 14 in a loosening direction with respect to the joint body 15.
