MICROELECTROMECHANICAL SYSTEM SUBSTRATE AND DISPLAY APPARATUS HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An MEMS(Micro Electro Mechanical System) substrate and a display apparatus having the same are provided to offer MEMS display substrate based display device. CONSTITUTION: An MEMS substrate of a display device comprises a first substrate, an optical open and close part which includes a color filter unit and an optical absorption unit, a TFT which is placed on the first substrate, a flexible beam which is electrically connected to the TFT, and a connection beam which is connected to the optical open and close part. The connection beam moves the optical open and close part in response to the voltage applied between the flexible beam and the connection beam.
