PURPOSE: A water purifying apparatus including a flux controlling tank is provided to secure the discharging flux of precipitation treated water supplied to a separation film filter tank. CONSTITUTION: A water purifying apparatus comprises surplus precipitation treated water, a flux controlling tank, and a water supplying device. The surplus precipitation treated water is supplied to a separation film filter tank. The flux controlling tank is installed on the rear end of the separation film filter tank. The water supplying device is installed to separately supply water to a sub-unit filter tank.
