<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated ceramic capacitor, and to provide a method of manufacturing the laminated ceramic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: The laminated ceramic capacitor includes a laminated capacitor body where an internal electrode including a first electrode substance and a dielectric layer are stacked alternately and an external electrode formed on an external surface of the capacitor body is electrically connected to the internal electrode, and includes a second electrode substance. The laminated ceramic capacitor includes a diffusion layer having a length longer than 1μm where the first and second electrode substances are mixed at a connection region of the internal and external electrodes. There are provided the laminated ceramic capacitor which secures stable capacitance and prevents cracks caused by the diffusion of the electrode substances, and the method of manufacturing the laminated ceramic capacitor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
