PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for controlling a dual display device using RGB interface are provided to efficiently implement hardware by decreasing the wiring of a signal line. CONSTITUTION: A dual display control device(210,211) controls a first display device(221) and a second display device(222) using RGB interface. A synchronizing signal output unit outputs vertical and horizontal synchronization signals to the first and second display devices. A data output unit outputs the first data to the first display device in a first section of a first pixel clock through a data line connected to the first display device and the second display device. The data output unit outputs the second data to the second display device in a second section of a second pixel clock.
