PURPOSE: A waste drum cleaning apparatus is provided to conveniently perform a cleaning work by automatically adjusting the position of through holes of multiple waste drums to correspond with the position of a cleaning unit. CONSTITUTION: A waste drum cleaning apparatus comprises a transfer unit(70), a cleaning unit(90), a sensing unit(30), and a rotating member(50). The transfer unit successively transfers multiple waste drums from one side to the other side. While the waste drums are transferred, the cleaning unit injects cleaning water to the inside the waste drums through the through holes of the waste drums. The sensing unit is composed of first, second, and third infrared sensors which sense the through holes of the waste drums. The positions of the through holes are automatically adjusted through the rotating member.
