PURPOSE: A zone server connecting system of mobile terminal in ubiquitous service location and method thereof are provided to connect to a zone server that is within a service area. CONSTITUTION: A database(330) stores area information of the zone server that is able to provide a ubiquitous service to a mobile terminal in a service area by connecting with connection information of the zone server. A zone server search unit(340) compares a location coordinate of the mobile terminal with the service area information. If the location coordinate exists in the service area, the zone server search unit transmits the connection information to the mobile terminal.
